The Learning & Development department is a close-knit team whose favourite thing in the world is creating engaging learning content and being a part of the transformational change initiatives that we champion here at Flynn. This position reports to the Learning & Development Manager and will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects as we support a growing company. We’re looking for someone who can really hit the ground running and get involved with a variety of programs using some of the best tools in our industry.

A Day in the Life:

1. Support logistics for our Flynn University series of classroom courses.
2. Execute and monitor employee processes in our Talent Management System.
3. Work within the Learning Management System to enhance the learner experience, with new course offerings and system maintenance.
4. Assist with Learning and Development presentations, workshops and seminars where needed.
5. Support our Coaching Program which uses a custom Mobile Application.
6. Respond to questions from our internal customers as they relate to our programs and systems.
7. Support the Learning and Development Manager on change and training initiatives as required.

What You Bring:

1. Degree or Post-Secondary Certificate in a Human Resources field required.
2. 1+ years of experience within a Learning or Human Resources position.
3. Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
4. Technologically savvy and ability to pick up new products and processes with ease.
5. Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
6. Exceptional team player with a strong customer service orientation.
7. Working knowledge of Camtasia, Articulate or other eLearning authoring tools is an asset.
