What you’ll do: Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Lead the Corporate Accounts Coordinators and the Customer Service Manager;
2. Strategic planning of service and communication levels;
3. Monitor budgets, expenses, revenues, and profits;
4. Report the teams' progress and performances to senior executives;
5. Support the Customer Service Manager and Corporate Account Coordinators;
6. Run various computer reports and maintain spreadsheets;
7. Deliver projects on time within budget;
8. Solve escalated issues;
9. Coordinate sales inquiries and work out strategies to attract new customers;
10. All other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Possess a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service.
2. Proven ability to build manager and leadership experience and skill sets;
3. College or University Degree or Certificate;
4. Good working relationships with internal and external clients and business partners;
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
6. Strong organization, time management, and decision-making skills;
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing tight deadlines;
8. Proficient in Excel and Word;
9. Ability to work in a team environment as well as under minimal supervision;
10. Must be comfortable problem-solving and handling challenging situations in a professional demeanor.
