Lead Service Technician

About the Job:

Established HVAC company in the Buellton area looking for an experienced full-time LEAD Service/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

Job Qualifications:

1. 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or qualifying technical school diploma.
2. Owning your own trade-specific tools is a plus - but will work with you to build your toolbox if necessary.
3. Clean driving record and driver's license are a must and reliable transportation to and from the shop.
4. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
5. The technician should be a self-starter, able to think outside the box and problem-solve efficiently.
6. Must have a positive, Team Player attitude.
7. Must be detailed, organized, self-sufficient, and dependable.

Compensation:

1. Non-Union Shop.
2. Starting pay based on experience.
