About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities
Your Role:

1. Initiate projects by defining scope, tasks, timelines and identify and manage stakeholders, primarily Project Sponsor(s) and Senior Management for the various projects to be undertaken.
2. Execute projects independently by displaying sound judgement and proactively managing risk and issues.
3. Lead assigned projects, managing expectations and communicating delays on projects to the Manager and/or Project Manager.
4. Own end-to-end execution of small to medium sized projects by ensuring that project plans are developed and implemented, inclusive of the below:
5. Defining business plan, ensuring scope of project is clear, information is gathered from appropriate stakeholders and sign-off is obtained.
6. Identifying and documenting detailed requirements as required for initiatives.
7. Tailoring the communication plan appropriately for each stakeholder group.
8. Ensuring project schedules are completed and maintained.
9. Ensuring risks and issues are identified, tracked and escalated to PM and Stakeholders.
10. Perform feasibility studies or cost-benefit analysis as required.
11. Conduct post project reviews, documenting lessons learned.
12. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood and that identified tasks support the requirements.
13. Track project progress against defined milestones.
14. Track and manage contemplated change orders according to the defined process.
15. Coach and mentor Project Coordinators.
16. Follow standard PGT PMO procedures and tools to manage projects to successful completion.
17. Collaborate with PGT resources in various locations and time zones to enhance and refine standard PGT PMO procedures and/or implement new tools.

Qualifications
About You:

1. You have a Bachelor or Master level degree.
2. 5+ years in project management roles, preferably in financial domain, and/or Citco operational experience with increasing responsibility.
3. Self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role.
4. Proven time management capabilities.
5. Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
6. Advanced MS Office suite skills.

Assets/Nice To Haves

1. PMP or CAPM Certified.
2. Experience with agile delivery methodologies and/or continuous improvement methodologies.
3. Experience with Project Server, SharePoint, Qlik, Jira and/or Confluence.
4. Understanding of how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate.
5. Lean Six Sigma Certification/BPM Certification/BA Certification.
6. AIIM BPM Certificate Certification from ABPMP’s Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), IIBA, PMI-PBA, etc.
