Lead Pastor

The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual and practical operational leadership in all areas of the church. The Lead Pastor will be focused on leading the church to reach the lost. The Lead Pastor will work closely with the New Hope Pastoral Advisory Committee to further the mission and vision of New Hope Pentecostal Fellowship.

Required Skills

1. Be able to relate with others and represent God and the local church in all settings.
2. Possess integrity and live according to Biblical morals and standards.
3. Have a passion for reaching lost people.
4. Possess excellent preaching, teaching, writing & effective listening skills.
5. Provide leadership and encourage the gifts and talents demonstrated by the church.
6. Communicate effectively within the local church and the community.
7. Be organized and able to oversee all areas of church activities.

Experience Required

Experience working in pastoral ministry, demonstrating a heart for people and reaching the lost as well as being committed to ongoing learning and personal development. Must be credentialed with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.
