Job description
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including status reports, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Champion Agile best practices and continuously work to improve team performance.
