Job description

Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including status reports, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
Identify and resolve project issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Champion Agile best practices and continuously work to improve team performance.
