Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client organizational change initiatives, mapping business processes, and developing and delivering training content. This role requires a deep understanding of change management principles, process improvement techniques, and adult learning methodologies and ability to focus on delivering client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consultants responsible for delivering:
- Organizational Change strategy and execution for complex change initiatives to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new processes and systems.
- Conduct comprehensive business process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement training strategies and programs tailored to the needs of clients. Create high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and job aids.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide expert coaching and support to consultants as they deliver.
- Client focal point responsible for quality of OCM, training, and business mapping services.
- Mentor and guide consultants in change management, process mapping, and training development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (6+ years) leading professional service delivery in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
