Lead Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Refrigeration Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues related to refrigeration units.
3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on refrigeration equipment.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

1. Valid refrigeration technician license.
2. Proven experience in refrigeration installation and repair.
3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and principles.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Availability for on-call duties, including nights and weekends.
