Position Overview

The Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Level 3) to support systems development within the digital health/eHealth domain. This position is based in Fredericton, NB, and requires immediate availability for onsite work upon contract award.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in a lead Senior Business Analyst role, responsible for business requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
• At least 4 years of experience gathering clinical and non-clinical requirements for digital health/eHealth systems in a Canadian jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 10 years of IM/IT experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on projects using the Salesforce platform.
• Must be available immediately to work onsite at Fredericton, NB.

Desirable Skills & Attributes

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a lead Senior Business Analyst in the eHealth or Digital Health space in a Canadian jurisdiction (please provide examples).
• At least 5 years of experience leading and facilitating sessions with diverse clinical and non-clinical subject matter experts and stakeholders, resulting in clear and concise business requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience documenting workflows for clinical (e.g., physicians, specialists) and non-clinical (e.g., support staff, patients) roles to support standardization and efficiency.
• At least 7 years of experience in documenting business processes, conducting gap analysis, and developing standard operating procedures.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience creating training guides and supporting training delivery to end-users.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst on projects implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with data confidentiality and client privacy requirements as they relate to New Brunswick's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
