Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Landscape Foreman/Forewoman to support our crews in Toronto and surrounding areas. In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of a landscape construction crew. You will train crew members with onsite training in skills and methods of landscape installation in line with Earthscape standard operating procedures and quality expectations. You will also plan labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within the deadline. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, and provide any required oversight on location. In addition, you will maintain and enforce standards of safety, cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas.

Compensation: $32.00-40.00/hour depending on experience
