Landscape Technologist

Our client is a creative, idea-based landscape architecture, urban design, and master planning firm.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the production of design development, tender, and construction documents for a variety of landscape projects, including the residential and condo space.
2. Collaborate with project managers, senior landscape architects, and other team members to coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
4. Prepare presentations and project documentation.

Must haves:

1. Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a landscape architect, landscape architectural technician, or architectural technician.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or LandFX CAD.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves:

1. Photoshop, Rhino, and/or SketchUp proficiency.
2. Experience with Revit is highly desirable.
