Job Description:

As a Landscape Supervisor, you will work under the guidance of an experienced Foreman to learn and develop new skills in landscape installation and construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in the landscaping industry. From time to time, you will also have the opportunity to lead a small crew, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Foreman with daily operations and project management.
2. Learn and develop skills in landscape installation and construction.
3. Lead and supervise a small crew when required.
4. Operate and drive larger trucks such as Isuzu's and Hino's.
5. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
7. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
8. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive larger trucks such as Isuzu's and Hino's.
2. Any and all landscape installation and construction experience is an asset.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
6. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
7. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay

• Landscape Installation: 1 year (preferred)
