What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Gardener, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, working with a skilled team to bring clients’ landscapes to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Providing top-tier landscape maintenance, including pruning, watering, disease management, lawn care, and fertilization, to maintain the quality and health of our clients' outdoor spaces.
• Collaborating closely with our experienced horticulturalist to ensure plants receive the best possible care and pruning.
• Operating various power tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers (with training provided).
• Conducting inspections and performing basic maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Following company policies and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

What You Bring

• A positive, motivated attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Clear and effective communication skills for working with clients and team members.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in horticulture, gardening, or landscape maintenance is beneficial, though not essential.
• Physical stamina for outdoor tasks in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license is an asset, though not a requirement.

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
