Landscape Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:
- Preparation: Assist with the preparation of work sites, including grading, excavation, and installation of hardscaping materials such as pavers, retaining walls, and other features.
- Planting: Assist with the installation of plants, shrubs, and trees, including soil preparation, digging, and planting.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and watering to ensure that landscapes remain healthy and attractive.
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other power tools. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure that it remains in good working order.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of equipment and materials.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in landscape construction or related field
- Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials, including hardscaping, grading, irrigation, and planting
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional certification or license in landscape construction or related field preferred
Schedule:
Day shift, 8–12-hour shift, Monday to Friday (Occasional weekend work), Winter Work Available
Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00/(pay interval)
