Landscape Construction Foreman

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee & lead hardscape construction teams on high-end outdoor projects
2. Execute precision grading, gravel installation, and sod laying
3. Install interlock pavers, flagstone, armor stone, and custom stonework
4. Build & install custom-designed luxury swimming pools
5. Handle concrete pads, pool bottoms, and high-finish detailing
6. Operate advanced machinery including excavators, skid steers, tampers, and saws
7. Ensure on-time project completion while maintaining top-tier quality
8. Install drainage systems and manage grading, trenching, and excavation
9. Coordinate materials & equipment, ensuring efficient workflow
10. Train & mentor team members, promoting a strong work ethic and craftsmanship

Qualifications

1. 5 or more years of experience in hardscape, stonework, interlock, or construction.
2. 3 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing on-site crews
4. Expertise in high-end landscape construction (pools, stonework, grading)
5. Valid G-class driver's license & reliable transportation
6. Ability to work in all weather conditions while maintaining high standards
7. Commitment to year-round, full-time work
