What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help install custom landscapes and renovations alongside our Foreman and team.
• Learn to use tools, operate small machines, and handle materials safely.
• Work efficiently and with purpose to deliver high-quality results.
• Participate in team huddles and develop your skills using the “Creative Roots Way.”
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic and provide outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
• Physical fitness to handle labor-intensive tasks.
• A need to work outside and build cool stuff.
• A desire for personal and professional growth.

What You’ll Get:

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
