Job description

Francl Architecture Inc. is a Vancouver-based full-service design consulting firm comprised of architects, planners, and landscape architects. We are passionate about buildings and places that respect and connect communities, people, and nature while achieving design excellence within the built and the open space environment.

We take an integrated design approach to our projects, responding to every aspect of the design from a transversal understanding of the disciplines we get involved with - city and territory, landscape and public space, architecture and construction. Our philosophy of integrated design incorporates landscape architectural concepts that develop, inherently, with the designs of the building. Our standards of design implement sustainable landscapes practices that promote ecological enhancement, and we strive to incorporate green design as a fundamental cornerstone of all our projects, resulting in integrated systems and truly functioning sustainable solutions.

At Francl, we offer competitive salaries, a flexible working environment, a comprehensive benefits package, professional development incentives, and ongoing mentoring. Francl has a hybrid office model, and this position will require work within our office.

If you can see how landscape, planning, and architecture come together to make a significant difference in shaping our communities, we want to meet you. If lateral thinking is your specialty, and you enjoy working with a collaborative team of people who genuinely care about each other, we’d love to hear from you.

Rate of Pay: $80,000-$100,000
