  1. Utilize ArcGIS programs to create standard and custom mapping for real estate transactions and special projects.
  2. Assist with maintenance of the corporate land inventory data application, focusing on data clean-up and standardization.
  3. Recommend and develop new layers to support corporate operations.
  4. Research and present on new and developing GIS technologies that could benefit the business unit.

Qualifications

  1. Enrolled in a diploma or degree in Applied GIS, Geomatics, Geography or Computer Science.
  2. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  3. Experience in GIS relational database management, Structured Query Language (SQL) is required.
  4. Experience in Featured Manipulation Engine (FME) and project management would be considered an asset.
  5. Success in this position requires strong research, analysis and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a results-oriented environment.

  1. Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.

Location: 323 7th Avenue SE

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 Rates)

Days of Work: This position works a 5 day work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.

Hours of Work: Standard 35 hour work week
