Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Land Allocation Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist the Land Team Leads in the design, development, and implementation of land stewardship to include the development of workflows.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing and making decisions about the use, development, and conservation of land resources.
• Involved in the planning, administration, and implementation of strategies and practices to ensure the sustainable and responsible management of land for various projects.
• Involved in environmental planning and review, monitoring and preparation of land use permits.
• Analyze potential land uses, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize GIS technology to map and track land parcels effectively; essentially, deciding how different areas of land will be utilized and allocating them accordingly.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Land Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and 11+ years of related work experience in the field of Land Management.
