Responsibilities

Tasks

• Assist other processing workers in the maintenance and repair of various pulp and paper machines and equipment.
• Assist other processing workers in the operation of various woodworking machines and equipment.
• Feed conveyors, hoppers, saws and drying machines.
• Remove scrap lumber and wood chips for reprocessing.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas.
• Saw, trim and plane rough lumber into dressed lumber of various sizes.
• Replace blades or bands.
