Job Brief: Job site preparation and cleanup, setting up and removing access equipment, working on concrete and masonry, steel, wood and pre-cast erecting projects, cutting and removing concrete.

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge and use of various types of electric and gas powered tools such as chippers, concrete drills, quick-cut saws, circular saws and reciprocating saws.

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of various structures such as residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
2. Knowledge and use of various types of electric and gas powered tools such as chippers, concrete drills, quick-cut saws, circular saws and reciprocating saws.
3. Knowledge of safety documentation such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and symbols.
4. Knowledge and use of various types of materials such as lumber, earth, piping, concrete and masonry units.
5. Knowledge of types of ladders such as extension, platform and stepladders with placement, 3-point contact, overhang and kick plates.
6. Concrete types, strengths, aggregates and properties, plasticizers and accelerators, ratios, mixing times and compatibilities as required.
7. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
8. General construction knowledge and experience required.
9. Experience in and understanding of the retail and commercial construction space.
10. Excellent accuracy and mathematical competency skills.
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
12. Must be organized, efficient and productive.
13. Able to work effectively with others in a team environment.
14. Valid License is mandatory.
