This client is looking for an intermediate to senior level Labour Law Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a large firm in Vancouver with excellent growth and mentorship opportunity.

Responsibilities:
The client is looking for an intermediate to senior level associate with experience in Labour Law assisting their employer clients. With the support of a highly talented group of legal support members, this incoming lawyer would be well-versed in matters such as collective bargaining and union relations, general employment contracts, human rights legislation, and employment policies and compliance. The candidate will also be experienced with representing clients before various boards and tribunals.

Qualifications:

• Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
• 3+ years of experience post call, with a focus in Labour Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with a 1700 annual billable target
