As a Laborer, you'll play a key role in road marking operations, ensuring roads, highways, and commercial properties receive high-quality line striping and pavement markings. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in pavement marking operations, including line striping, road stenciling, and symbol applications.
2. Operate and maintain equipment such as paint machines, stencils, and safety tools.
3. Prepare job sites by setting up traffic control measures, cones, and barriers.
4. Work closely with the crew to ensure accurate and high-quality pavement markings.
5. Maintain a safe work environment by following company and industry safety guidelines.
6. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling of equipment and supplies.
7. Travel to different job sites, which may occasionally include out-of-town projects.
8. Other duties as assigned to support successful project completion.

1. No prior experience required - we provide training!
2. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
3. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
4. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
5. Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
6. Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed.
7. Valid driver's license is required.
