Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established procedures and protocols.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Collect and process samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) for analysis, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Analyze test results, record findings, and report data accurately to physicians, researchers, or senior staff.
• Monitor and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.
• Assist in the development of new testing methods and procedures to improve laboratory efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, equipment maintenance, and laboratory activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or technical issues within the lab.
• Adhere to quality control standards and ensure lab tests meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals or research teams regarding lab findings, and offer technical support when needed.
