Contributes to the overall success of the Service Management Technology (SMT) team under Global Engineering, Operations & Functions in Global, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  1. Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  2. Work with other lab members, such as business analysts, QA Testers, Architects, and the Operations Team to help support the delivery of releases.
  3. Lead and coach the team members with task-oriented activities, coordinating the team developments between the teams and teammates.
  4. Extract and maximize business value by providing solutions that best fit the business (i.e. leveraging out of the box versus heavy customization).
  5. Help with proofs of concept to get the most out of the ServiceNow modules for the business.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  1. Configured and developed solutions on the ServiceNow Platform (i.e. Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc).
  2. Led end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project teams and owned project delivery goals.
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time with good time management skills.
  4. Provided guidance to junior members in the team.
  5. Worked without supervision on project work.
  6. Provided support with technical solutions within your domain space (i.e. ITAM, ITSM).
  7. Maintained up-to-date technical documentation.
  8. Participated in estimation with your enterprise stakeholders.
  9. Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience.
  10. ITIL Foundation certification or training.
  11. ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training.
  12. ServiceNow Scripting certification or training a plus.
  13. 3 - 5 years of ServiceNow experience within modules/applications (and ServiceNow in general). For example, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, etc.
  14. 3 - 5 years’ experience and hands-on development in general module configuration on the ServiceNow Platform.
  15. 1 - 3 years’ experience as a Tech Lead working on the ServiceNow platform.
  16. Experience with the Service Graph Connector in ServiceNow a plus.
  17. Strong experience and knowledge of integrations on the ServiceNow Platform, consisting of either REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, workflows, etc.
  18. Experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
  19. Ability to do research and development of new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform.
