1. Must be in Canada
2. Must be qualified
3. Must have cooking experience
4. Must have good hygiene
5. Must be reliable
6. Must speak English
7. Must be able to set a good example
8. Must be able to be a team leader
9. Experience in a fast-paced environment (extremely fast-paced in seasons) and must be able to keep up. Looking for someone who wants to go above and beyond; you will be treated well for your efforts!
10. Experience in guest services
11. Experience in working with a team
12. Experience managing staff
13. Experience with inventory, food control, labor control, scheduling, & ordering, etc.
14. This is not a sit-down or sit-at-a-desk position; it is high energy, family-oriented, and requires structure and experience.
