Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
Minimum of 1 year experience/training as a Cook de cuisine in commercial European, Mediterranean, or International cuisine food preparation, or equivalent credentials. Production of bases, sauces, and various cooking techniques.

Conditions of Employment
Salary: $17 - $18 an hour, 44 hours per week maximum over a 7-day work week, day or afternoon shifts. Work schedule to be determined.
