Our Kitchen Design business is growing, and we are seeking individuals to support this growth. We have an opportunity to join our team as a Design Consultant.

The ideal candidate:

• A background in sales, design is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly professional and enthusiastic with a great work ethic
• Strong creativity skills
• Create innovative solutions and learn design software (such as CAD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with our customers & proactively generate customer leads
• Understand the client's needs and bring their ideas to life
• Proactively generate customer leads/sales
• Be proactive when resolving customer queries
• Achieve agreed sales targets

Salary Details:

Full package (salary + commission structure)

Base salary: based on experience + commission (fantastic earning potential with an uncapped bonus scheme).
