Overview

We are recruiting for FULL TIME Sanitation related positions on the night shift running from 10:30pm – 6:30am, Sunday to Saturday on a varying scheduled basis. Starting wage begins at $19.14 with progression rate.

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the facility daily, as well as completing separate non-daily cleaning as per direction from the Sanitation Supervisor.

Key Ingredients

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of sanitation in all areas of the facility.
• Complete all daily sanitation tasks, as per the Sanitation Checklist.
• Complete additional non-daily cleaning tasks, as per the required frequency.
• Ensure that all manufacturing equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and handled according to company standards.
• Assist in the cleaning of production lines and ensure that lines are properly cleaned within the acceptable time frame.
• Work in a self-paced environment and be detail-oriented to ensure that cleaning/sanitation functions are executed according to the SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
• Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
• Work with cleaning chemicals and a variety of cleaning tools such as brushes, cloths, buckets, mops, walk-behind floor scrubbers, and equipment foamers/sanitizers.
• Take direction from the Sanitation Team Lead or Supervisor for training and task assignments.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Recipe for Success

• Experience with moving and dismantling equipment to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.
• Lockout-tag out knowledge.
• Exposure to/working with chemicals (detergents, bleach, etc.).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
• Must be physically fit.

• Previous experience in an industrial GMP plant or janitorial industry is preferred.
