What you will do

1. Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities.
2. Lead the blueprint for Rapid Response solution focusing on L1 to L5 level processes.
3. Conduct business workshops and lead client discussions.
4. Perform Data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure the successful implementation of Rapid Response solution.
5. Ensure that the configuration of Rapid Response analytics and customizations supports the to-be processes of the client.
6. Oversee training activities for business users for Kinaxis Rapid Response applications & processes.

What you bring to the role

1. 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning domain and good knowledge on advantages of concurrent planning system and Rapid Response.
2. Proficient understanding of the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Constraints, DRP, MPS, MEIO, S&OP.
3. Strong knowledge on the standard business processes, control settings and data model for the applications in Kinaxis.
4. Pharma Industry experience preferred.
5. Kinaxis Certification Solution Consultant – Level 2 certifications.
