Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant at multiple locations across Alberta and British Columbia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with health regulations.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize menu offerings and maintain inventory levels.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and waste management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Experience in supervising staff and conducting interviews for new hires.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in food preparation or as a cook is a plus.
