About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring they meet regulatory reporting requirements while delivering exceptional service. You will analyze data, solve reporting challenges, and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the country.

  1. Engage with clients and provide tailored support
  2. Analyze and interpret data to ensure compliance and accuracy
  3. Educate and advise on policies, regulations, and best practices
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency and client satisfaction
  5. Work remotely with flexibility while maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

  1. Experienced relationship builders with at least 3 years in account management, customer success, or a related role
  2. Experience working in CPG or a national retailer is a strong asset
  3. Detail-oriented problem solvers who enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and ensuring accuracy
  4. Strong communicators who can simplify complex topics and build trust with clients
  5. Tech-savvy professionals comfortable with CRM systems and Excel. Experience with SAP is a strong asset
  6. Passionate individuals who want to contribute to sustainability and environmental responsibility
