Drive full-cycle recruiting for our Teams (Sales, Tech, Customer Success), proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions.
Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepare for and conduct intake meetings with proven knowledge of the talent landscape and maintain strong internal communication throughout the search.
Cultivate employee candidate referral relationships and processes, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes.
Dynamically source passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles.
Ensure top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and a positive employer brand throughout the cycle.
Continually partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics.
First experience (internship, apprenticeship, permanent contract) in hiring tech or sales candidates in SaaS or GreenTech.
Familiarity with a fast-paced environment with big ambition.
Ability to build a true business partnership.
Great communication and organizational skills, and a great attitude with the ability to collaborate in a small team.
