Your Opportunity

Join our dynamic Fredericton Structural group as a full-time Structural Technologist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and technical design teams, contributing to innovative projects that make a real impact. We are seeking a team-oriented and driven individual who excels in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Your Key Responsibilities

1. Work with Project Teams to help plan, design, draft and prepare construction plans, and construction cost estimates in connection with various structural engineering projects.
2. May perform field surveys for drawing development, site reviews, and as-built drawings.
3. Communicate with other team members and become familiar with Stantec standards.
4. May assist in field condition assessment assignments.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

1. Self-motivated, team-oriented, efficient, and a good communicator.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
4. Strong collaborative skills for working with single or multi-discipline teams.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
6. Organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to follow Stantec’s quality control guidelines.
8. Understanding of the importance of complying with Stantec’s Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) program, with a focus on safety in the field.
9. Desire to be mentored by senior staff and adapt to feedback as required for career growth and development.
10. Valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience

1. A Technical degree/diploma/certificate.
