About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our team and help shape the future of financial infrastructure for Web3 and Web2 companies. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent university graduate with 1-2 years of post-graduation, Finance or Crypto experience, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to build and enhance our real-time financial tracking and reporting systems.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to Backend & Frontend Development – Help build, maintain, and optimize our financial automation platform using TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• Write Clean, Scalable Code – Work on API integrations, database management, and automation features.
• Collaborate with a World-Class Team – Work alongside experienced engineers from top tech companies (Amazon, Meta, Shopify, etc.).
• Gain Exposure to Web3 & FinTech – Learn how blockchain-based companies manage financial data and help streamline their operations.
• Work with Modern Infrastructure – Contribute to projects using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Solve Real-World Problems – Help Web3 and fintech startups track, manage, and optimize their financial transactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Eligibility for Government Funding (Under 30 years old and a university graduate)
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a Related Field
• Strong Programming Skills – Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks are a plus!)
• Passion for FinTech & Web3 – 1-2 years (after graduation) experience in crypto, or financial automation
• Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively
• Eager to Learn & Grow – Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), or CI/CD tools
• Experience working on personal projects, internships, or hackathons
• Knowledge of blockchain development, smart contracts, or financial systems (not required but a big plus!)
