Qualifications

• A diploma or post-secondary degree with a major in:
  • Computer science, software engineering, engineering graphics or interactive media
  • Gamification/interactivity design for e-learning
  • Education, Adult Learning, or Distance Learning
  
• 0-2 years of experience working with some or all of the following:
  • Programming languages such as: JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, C++
  • Learning specifications such as: xAPI, cmi5, SCORM
  • Development tool suites such as: Microsoft DEVOPs, GitHub, Microsoft Office, Adobe Systems, Articulate 360
  • Service architectures such as: REST, Cloud, SOA
  • Project management techniques such as: ADDIE, Agile
  • Training Standards such as S1000D
  • Integrated Data Environments (IDEs)
  • Development and maintenance of technical documentation, including requirements and design specification
  • Candidate must be eligible for NATO Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

The Junior Learning Systems and Technology Analyst (Jr. LSTA), working within the Training team will:

• Support the design and development of learning system architecture and learning content creation
• Participate in the planning and enablement of Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL), Total Learning Architecture (TLA) linkages with model-based product support systems, and S1000D data standard compliant integrated data environments (IDE)
• Support with planning and implementation of instructional technology projects enabling the development of training materials which could include in-class training, e-learning modules, self-paced online and blended learning
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project teams to align on strategy and vision of a seamless customer experience
