Junior Foreman Bathroom Renovations

As the Foreman/ Foreman Apprentice on bathroom remodeling projects, you will work on and supervise bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. The Foreman coordinates with the help of the PM all aspects of the project overseeing the installation timelines, and ensuring the project is completed on time and efficiently to create an exceptional and enjoyable experience for our clients. You will be the main “Tunifier” on the job site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate timely delivery of project materials.
2. Be respectful of the client’s house, be the first one to reach and the last to leave.
3. Review installation details and coordinate project timeline with partners and installers.
4. Ensure that proper protection is laid on the ground and that the premises are always in clean condition.
5. Arrange for delivery of materials to the job site and follow all the directions provided by the office and the client.
6. Responsible for the demolition of the existing tiles and removal of all debris to the dump.
7. Installation of drywall and waterproofing materials.
8. Painting.
9. Manage the hourly general labor/helper.
10. Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the owner/ Project Manager and other team members.
11. Coordinate subcontractors and team members and follow the schedule.
12. Help in the creation of and maintain schedules to make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, so they can be proactively managed and updated in our CRM.
13. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day fieldwork to ensure it is conducted according to our company “Trustpoints”, within the scope of the contract, within budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.
14. Conduct regular operations meetings involving:
    • Implementation of new programs or safety procedures
    • Address procedure questions or concerns
    • Recognition of excellent work performance of helpers, partners and team members
    • Incorporate team ideas and suggestions to continually elevate the experience provided to clients.

Qualifications

1. Valid driver’s license with reliable own vehicle.
2. Ability to lift heavy objects.
3. Ability to envision and implement innovative solutions.
4. Residential remodeling or construction experience needed.
5. Effective in coordination and multitasking.
6. Courteous, responsible and gets along with others.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and Project Manager.

Ideal Candidates:

1. Are available to work full time, Monday-Friday.
2. Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion.
3. Are well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate with partners and other professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
4. Have great organization skills.
5. Are innovative and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
