Position Overview:

As a Junior Financial Analyst, your role is integral to our operations financial integrity. You will conduct audits of transactions related to Electronic Gaming Devices (EGD), poker, and Cage activities. Your daily responsibilities include meticulously auditing and reconciling EGD-generated documents, tracking, investigating, reporting, and resolving variances, and ensuring the maintenance and control of forms, records, and documents.

Responsibilities:

● Audit of EGD, poker, and Cage transactions
● Daily audit and reconciliation of Electronic Gaming Devices (EGD) generated documents
● Reporting of any deviations from established company and regulatory policies and procedures
● Tracking, investigation, reporting and resolution of variances
● Maintenance and control of forms, records and documents
● Assist in the preparation of daily gaming reports for all EGDs (slot machines)
● Review daily gaming reports for accuracy and irregularities
● Conduct examinations and audits to determine compliance with Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s Regulations
● Ensuring the company’s revenue reporting and statistical analysis functions are administered in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure the daily compliance requirements are met
● Report findings and develop recommendations
● Detect and prevent fraud
● Prepare written reports

Requirements:

● A Bachelor’s degree with specialization in information systems auditing, accounting, business administration, or a closely related field
● Meticulously detail-focused and curious
● Skilled at anomaly detection
● 1+ years of Auditing experience
● Exceptional PC skills in MS Excel and Google sheets
