What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital and print marketing campaigns, creating compelling visual content, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple companies. Your ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and think creatively will set you up for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design & Branding:
   Design marketing materials, social media graphics, internal templates, presentations and promotional assets.
   Ensure all creative assets align with Brand Guidelines across multiple companies.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
   Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for social media, websites, and paid advertising.
   Create and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
   Capture high-quality photos and videos using a DSLR camera for marketing materials and internal events/initiatives.
   Update website content using ProcessWire CMS, ensuring brand consistency.
3. Social Media & Strategy:
   Support social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
   Assist in writing and editing copy for campaigns, website updates, and newsletters (internal & external).
4. Marketing Analytics & Strategy:
   Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
   Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design.

Skills & Technical Expertise:
Graphic Design Proficiency: Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
Content Management: Experience with ProcessWire CMS or similar platforms is a plus.
Photography & Videography: Ability to operate a DSLR camera for marketing and event coverage; with a keen eye for art/creative direction.
Social Media & Advertising: Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
Project & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines across different companies.
