The Information Technology Services (IT Services) department is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to take a pivotal role in constructing essential data pipelines and streamlined automations that support data-driven decision-making across the university. The Data Analyst will collaborate with our dedicated team of data specialists to identify, develop, implement, and maintain vital data and automation services. This role is crucial for refining, standardizing, and converting data into insightful models and visualizations that act as the foundation of our operations. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the data team, working alongside both internal and external technical experts to translate requirements into impactful data capabilities for enterprise data and analytics.

This position contributes to building critical data infrastructure, including databases, data pipelines, and dashboards. Responsibilities include:

1. Building database queries to generate relevant information and interpret and communicate results.
2. Developing and maintaining periodic and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
3. Interpreting data needs and determining which data sources to use.
