Our client is seeking a Junior Business Analyst (3+years) to document and execute user stories and UAT for agile software development projects within the financial services industry (Remote).

Responsibilities

1. Interact with a variety of business partners to define, manage and communicate requirements to both IT and business stakeholders.
2. Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
3. Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
4. Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
5. Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
6. Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
7. Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
8. Improve and innovate processes.

Must Have

1. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders.
3. User Stories
4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
5. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Marketing, or Commerce or equivalent.
