Junior Business Analyst

A Brief Overview

The Information Technology Services department is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to identify business needs within the Queen's community and help research new tools and processes to address those needs. The position falls within the Service Delivery & Innovation, Data Platform Services team and will typically involve working with data technologies, analytics solutions, or automation platforms.

This position provides expertise to aid in the planning, design and development of technical resources. It translates business requirements into an implementation plan with clients and team members. The Junior Business Analyst updates project managers and sponsors on progress towards objectives, ensuring issues are logged and resolved.
