We are currently hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support our Enterprise CRM (ECRM) rollout.

As a Junior Business Analyst with the ECRM team, you will bridge the gap between IT Services and our various business partners to transform the recruitment and admissions landscape, improve student experience, and empower Queen's staff by increasing efficiencies and providing access to powerful CRM tools. You will utilize your exceptional analytical and communication skills to contribute to the development of robust solutions for IT Services and the broader Queen's community.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to engage and manage partners, analyze complex data, understand and optimize business processes, and provide actionable insights and future state recommendations that drive informed decision making. Furthermore, your proactive attitude and communication skills must enable you to translate technical jargon into clear and concise language, empowering partners at all levels to understand and address potential risks competently and effectively.

This position provides expertise to aid in the planning, design, and development of technical resources. You will translate business requirements into an implementation plan with clients and team members, update project managers and sponsors on progress towards objectives, and ensure issues are logged and resolved. You will also make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through technology.
