Junior Analyst, Actuarial (Winter Term)

The position is a winter and summer intern position, beginning in January with the contract term ending at the end of August.

Working as a Junior Analyst, Actuarial gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself and learn more about the actuarial and pension industry. You will be working closely with other actuarial analysts as well as financial professionals, accountants, and clients to provide exceptional customer service. We strive to build long-lasting relationships with our clients as they are the core of everything we do!

As a Junior Analyst for GBL, you will be entrusted to prepare triennial actuarial valuation reports and cost certificates for our Individual Pension Plan (IPP) clients. This will include reviewing data for consistency and completeness and ensuring filings and data are up to date. You will also be communicating the results directly with the clients and their financial team, answering questions and following up on missing information.
