We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our company. You will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, contribute to the month-end closing process, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
3. Process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
4. Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
5. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
6. Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
7. Assist in preparing for audits and financial reviews.
8. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
9. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
3. Experience with accounting software is a plus.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
8. Previous internship or work experience in accounting is a plus but not required.
