JSS Territory Manager

What You Will Do

The Territory Manager assists in all Heavy Duty Partner activity to drive brand awareness in your territory.

In this position, the Territory Manager will:

1. Work closely with our Sales, Product, & Marketing Teams to develop end-user specific plans that align to the growth of our Heavy Duty Partners.
2. Build strong relationships with end-users and distribution partners.
3. Build end-user specific plans within your territory and exceed all assigned targets.
4. Effectively present and sell the Milwaukee advantage to our Heavy Duty Partners.
5. Communicate with multiple business functions involved in the selling and conversion process.
6. Be a product and application expert for Milwaukee’s breadth of line in Cordless, Hand Tools, Accessories, PPE, and Corded products.
7. Know your competition and their weaknesses.
8. Understand major projects within your designated territory.
9. Operate within the established budget guidelines.
10. Prepare and present monthly recaps and product forecasts for any large scale opportunities.

What You Will Bring

1. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
2. 2-3 years sales and sales leadership experience or equivalent.
3. Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
4. Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy.
5. A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
6. Driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail.
7. Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability.
8. Collaborate with teams and have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
9. Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback.
10. Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
11. Ability to travel when required.
