Our client, a highly respected real estate development and property management leader, is looking for an experienced and approachable Director of Corporate Affairs (HR business partner) to step in for a maternity leave contract (June 2 or 9, 2025 to July 24, 2026). Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement HR strategies that align with the company’s vision.
  2. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  3. Manage employee engagement.
  4. Oversee recruitment to performance management.
  5. Drive the company’s mentorship program.
  6. Support the Senior Leadership Team with HR-related advice.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of HR experience in a senior or managerial position.
  2. Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  4. Experience in real estate, development, or property management is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  6. CPHR designation is an added bonus.
