Best Vs Average Candidate:

1. Skilled in corporate actions, equity and fixed income settlements, and broker-dealer account management.
2. Proficient in SWIFT, JIRA, Tableau, and Power BI, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows and enhance client satisfaction. (preferred)
3. Some form of Project management – whether directly or involvement in project related.

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Working in OTC’s
2. Deal with brokerage accounts
3. Internal allocation of funding
4. Corporate action
5. Breaks and reconciliation
6. Compression activities - outstanding trades
7. A lot of stakeholder interaction.

MUST HAVE:

1. Capital Markets experience – needs to understand projects and life cycles
