The individual
We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our content team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, working on designs that will often be brought to life through animation. Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating innovative digital designs for a wide range of content
- Manage and contribute to the expansion of a growing component library
- Collaborate with motion designers to develop design mockups that will later be animated.
- Design storyboards and styleframes to communicate visual concepts effectively to team members.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet technical specifications.
- Stay updated on digital design trends and incorporate new techniques into your work.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on tight deadlines.
You should have:
- A strong passion for digital media and design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with After Effects and Premiere is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics principles and an interest in learning more.
- Solid understanding of design principles like typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to follow creative direction and collaborate in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and design for social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation.
