Essential Responsibilities:
Efficiently gather, analyze, and calculate data to use metrics to measure service performance
Ensure Metrics dashboards are maintained at a high level of accuracy and quality, verifying that all systems are functioning correctly
Efficiently track and report metrics, ensuring timely delivery
Support the development and execution of improvement plans aimed at enhancing service performance
Collaborate closely with project teams and provide support on special continuous improvement metrics projects as needed
Support functional managers with identifying gaps in reporting visibility and create metrics-based solutions to address these issues
Advise on technical challenges, new reporting structures, and best practices for data management and reporting systems
Problem-solve technical challenges across a variety of databases and reporting methods
Work with Functional managers to analyze both new and existing data to create metrics
Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience in data analytics for business technologies preferred
Recent graduates with completion of relevant post-secondary education will be considered
